This festive arrangement introduces the hymn tune with a Renaissance-style fanfare, inspired by such composers as Giovanni Gabrieli, and it provides three individual settings to bolster congregational singing with 2 Trumpets, Horn, Trombone, Tuba, Timpani, Organ, and Soprano Descant. Additionally, both Trumpet parts have been prepared for C or B-flat instruments.
 
It is possible to use a shortened form of the introduction as indicated in the score.
